Education
Making sure kids get a quality education is a top priority for me when I’m deciding who to elect as our next governor, and I want to let you know, this year I’ve decided to vote for Bill Bryant. Through 7th grade Bill attended a rural school on the Skokomish reservation. As a result, he wants to ensure every kid, regardless of where they go to school, gets an education that gives them an equal chance to get ahead. Bill Bryant is already working with legislators on a plan that will fund education equally. I hope you will consider voting for Bill Bryant for governor.

Education
Making sure kids get a quality education is a top priority for me when I’m deciding who to elect as our next governor, and I want to let you know, this year I’ve decided to vote for Bill Bryant. Bill is dedicated to funding education for all kids, regardless of what school district they attend, but he also wants to make sure we are spending money in ways that help kids learn. Currently 20-25% of ninth graders will not graduate from high school.  Bill wants to reinvent the last two years of high school so that kids not wanting to go to college can enter pre-apprenticeship or industry certification programs in their junior and senior year.

Transportation
I am fed up with traffic jams and that is why I’ve decided to vote for Bill Bryant for governor. Bill is committed to refocusing the Department of Transportation on reducing traffic congestion so we can get to work on time and home at a reasonable hour.

Bill wants to return one of the 405 HOT lanes to general purpose.

I am voting for Bill Bryant for governor and hope that you will too.

Here is a summary of a speech Bill recently gave on traffic and transportation.

Jobs
I want you to know that I will be voting for Bill Bryant for governor and hope you will too. Bill is focused on generating jobs in communities all across Washington State. He has built an agricultural trade company that operates on both sides of the mountains. He grew up in small towns, and that helps him appreciate how different counties have different needs, and that many still need good jobs. Here is a speech Bill gave outlining his jobs and economy plan. I’m impressed by Bill’s vision for our state and I hope you will vote for him.

Homelessness
I am sick of seeing how so many of our communities are now struggling with homeless people living on streets and in tents. Bill Bryant believes enabling people to live in tents is cruel. I agree and it’s one of the reasons I am voting for Bill Bryant for governor and hope you will too. Before running for office Bill volunteered as a night manager at a homeless shelter. He understands the problem and also understands that the solution starts with having a zero tolerance for people living on the streets. I am voting for Bill and hope you will too.

Environment
Bill Bryant deeply cares about our state’s environment, and that is one of the reasons I am voting for him to be our next governor. Bill is passionate about cleaning up Puget Sound and restoring salmon and steelhead runs in our state’s rivers. He has worked on numerous environmental protection projects around our state, fought to protect air and water quality as an elected King County/Seattle port commissioner, and will carry that same commitment to the governor’s office. I hope you will vote for Bill Bryant when you are filling out your ballot.

Making Government Better Not Bigger
After 32 years of one party controlling the governor’s office, it’s time for a fresh perspective. I believe Bill Bryant will go to Olympia and scrutinize how the government is spending our money, focus it on programs that are working and get rid of the programs that aren’t. Bill is a businessman and as an elected King County/ Seattle port commissioner he cut taxes. He knows how to make government better, not bigger. He’s my choice for governor and I hope you will vote for him.
