Clean Storm Water Helps Save Puget Sound

This morning I checked out the splash boxes that last year I encouraged the port to install. I was hoping these mobile storm water filtering systems would work and be a model going forward. They worked! The splash boxes reduced zinc levels in storm water by 1,000 times.
