Bryant responds to Inslee's press conference on Western State Hospital

(Seattle, WA) Bill Bryant releases the following statement in response to Governor Inslee's press conference on yet another scandal at Western State Hospital:

Appointing someone from the Department of Corrections and the Department of Social and Health Services, two of Inslee’s broken bureaucracies, looks more like musical chairs than a serious attempt at culture change.

The legislature has provided $155 million dollars and the governor now says he needs more, but he doesn’t know how much more, how he would spent it, or how he would measure success.  He has no plan.

Bill Bryant is a lifelong Washingtonian.  He’s built a company that operates on both sides of the mountains. Bill is chairman of BCI: a firm that helps farmers and agricultural companies export their crops. He is recognized as an innovative local government leader, a conservationist, and is the Republican candidate for governor.
